We serve chicken raised with no antibiotics, starting from the egg, with no fillers or added hormones. Fresh produce is delivered to our kitchen several times a week. Our salsas are prepared daily with fresh ingredients and no artificial flavors or additives. It may not be the easy way, but it’s the best way to ensure healthy eating and fresh, unparalleled flavor.
Handcrafted salsa & Guac
Fresh ingredients, fresh dishes. All our salsas and guacamole are handcrafted daily with the freshest ingredients, no artificial flavors or additives, and absolutely zero fillers. It means more work for us, but a whole lot more flavor and healthy nutrients for you.
Nixtamal tortillas
We use the best quality stone-ground corn tortillas from James Beard-nominated Yoli Tortilleria. Yoli tortillas utilize three simple ingredients: non-GMO corn, lime, and water. The tortillas are crafted using the ancient Nixtamalization method: The corn is cooked with food-grade lime, rinsed, stone-ground using hand-carved volcanic stones, and then run through the tortilla oven. This results in a quality tortilla with improved protein quality, increased calcium, zinc, potassium, magnesium, B vitamins like niacin, conditioned starch granules making them easier to digest, and of course, superb flavors.

Our secret to our food is quality ingredients for quality flavor. That’s why we use 100% Certified Angus Beef. With its melt-in-the-mouth texture, Angus beef premium marbling, tenderness, and juiciness. Marbling is the intramuscular fat that has a lower melting point. When it starts to melt, it coats the muscle fibers and creates a juicy and tender beef with rich, buttery mouthfeel rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B, iron, and zinc.

Quality of food starts with quality of life of the food. That’s why we believe in healthy happy chickens free to span their wings, socialize with chicken friends, and eat fantastic feed free of GMOs. We have made a commitment to source only 100% cage-free eggs and chickens raised without antibiotics in the next 10 years.
